The Bimbo Press
I’m so super duper proud to share with you all my first ever bit of bimbo animation!!! I had the idea of expanding my bimbo press idea from a few years back (which was itself inspired by BSB’s Kirugumi Press) and rather than go for the kind of ‘motion comic’ style that other artists have used (and to great effect), I wanted it to be a full fledged animation!
These 17 seconds end up accounting for over 400 individual frames!!! Now to be fair I did re-use some drawings, but still that’s hundreds of hand drawn elements that needed to be cleaned, coloured, timed, etc. Suffice it to say my wrist is killing me, and not for the usual fun reason 😝
